CeraClean Sample Filtration System
Continuous Sample Purification
CeraClean removes solids, colloids, and high molecular weight interfering substances from contaminated samples. Designed to work seamlessly with the Bran+Luebbe Monitor 90 S and DiaMon, it ensures a continuous supply of purified sample for analysis.
Advantages Over Traditional Filters
Performance Benefits
- Low dead volume enables rapid response
- Robust construction ensures durability
- Chemical resistance allows operation in harsh environments
Operational Efficiency
- Extended cleaning intervals reduce maintenance
- Compact size saves space
- Lower energy usage and reduced operating costs
- Premounted configuration allows quick installation
Operational Insights
Flow and Filtration Mechanics
Approximately 3 m³/h of sample stream is pumped through the CeraClean unit. Filtrate flows through a specialized filter tube and is transferred to the analyzer. Tangential flow minimizes blockages, while automatic back-flushing extends filter life significantly.
Design for Low Maintenance
CeraClean is engineered for minimal energy consumption and reduced maintenance costs—made possible by its automatic cleaning cycle and compact feed pump.
